I am a seasoned SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Superintendent with 28 years' experience across mining, chemical, timber and fertilizer industries, currently leading SHEQ at Zimplats' Bimha Mine.
I designed and implemented Business Management System (BMS) documentation and led culture-change initiatives that secured organization-wide participation and measurable safety improvements.
At Zimplats I reduced LTIFR from 3.42 to 0.00 over four years, led winning teams in industry competitions, and have extensive auditing and certification experience including ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
I bring proven skills in incident investigations, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, SHEQ software (IsoMetrix, CURA, TapRoot), and people-centered change management to sustain safety performance.
