I’m an RPG programmer and ERP support specialist, with a strong focus on resolving user requests and keeping enterprise systems running smoothly. I’m currently pursuing an entry-level position so I can expand my expertise in an ERP or CRM package.
In my most relevant technical work, I’ve supported JBA System 21 – ERP-Infor across Distribution, Financials, and Manufacturing. I communicate with users to evaluate requests, then analyze, code, test, debug, and modify existing RPG/ILE/CL programs to meet defined requirements and resolve issues—also handling tasks like Excel price list update uploads, converting and emailing AS/400 reports, updating A/P checks format, and working on shipper labels.
I also bring a customer-facing support background from call center roles—logging, researching, diagnosing, and resolving issues while documenting case history and follow-up. Alongside that, I’ve supported application and interface work (including ups.com, Worldship, printer installs, upgrades, and data migrations), plus training users by phone and email to drive timely resolution.
