I’m an Administrative and Personal Assistant with 4+ years of experience supporting executive-level management, balancing confidential administrative work with financial coordination. I’m known for staying calm in a fast-moving environment, managing priorities, and communicating clearly across internal teams and external stakeholders.
In my most recent role as a Personal Assistant to the President Director at a F&B Distribution company, I managed schedules, handled highly confidential databases and documents, and coordinated correspondence with internal and external parties, including international business partners. I processed foreign currency payments to international suppliers with a 95% on-time payment rate, created 8–10 purchase orders per month using Oracle Netsuite, and planned shipments despite limited weekly capacity (3–8 containers per month). I also supported IPO (Initial Public Offering) documentation coordination during the COVID-19 pandemic with team.
