What I'm looking for

I seek IT management or systems roles where I can improve operations, streamline systems (POS, databases, networks), mentor teams, and contribute to measurable efficiency in a stable, collaborative company.

I am a professional ICT manager with more than five years of experience delivering IT servicing, managing and planning for organisations in Zanzibar, Tanzania. I lead IT operations, database management and network design across hospitality, transport and retail sectors.

In operational and consulting roles I have implemented and maintained POS and web-based systems, administered databases, designed networks, installed CCTV systems, and managed Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and ERP software to improve day-to-day reliability and reporting. I have also supervised teams, managed stores and coordinated operational controls such as fuel and GPS monitoring.

I am fluent in Swahili and English and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, Linux fundamentals, HTML and core networking. I seek opportunities where I can optimise systems, support teams, and drive measurable operational efficiency.
