At Cboe Global Markets, I established BI solution design and delivery standards across trading, market operations, finance, risk, and regulatory reporting. I governed more than 40 Power BI reports, apps, scorecards, and semantic models.

I worked with data owners to define business measures and published 90+ approved measures in shared semantic models backed by Databricks SQL Warehouses. I also integrated 30+ multi-cloud feeds into Microsoft Fabric and added governed natural-language exploration through Copilot in Power BI.

At Travelers, I helped replace conflicting departmental calculations with documented rules and consistent measures. I enhanced and supported 20+ Power BI apps, and the restartable processing design achieved a 99.7% first-pass reconciliation rate.

Earlier, at The Cigna Group and Memorial Hermann Health System, I delivered healthcare analytics across claims, eligibility, patient encounters, and clinical operations. My work included designing data marts, building reports and dashboards, and improving data validation and reporting workflows.
