What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead academic programmes, improve teaching quality, develop educators, and use performance data to strengthen student and institutional outcomes.

I've led the end-to-end delivery of IGCSE and AUSMAT programmes at Global Modern International School, aligning curriculum, assessment, and academic operations with international standards.

I manage and mentor educators through observations, CPD initiatives, performance reviews, and academic audits that strengthen teaching quality and student outcomes. My work includes curriculum planning, student-performance monitoring, targeted interventions, and parent engagement.

As Program Lead for the Intensive English Program at Big Ben Language Centre, I plan, implement, and quality-assure English learning for adult international learners. I also develop lesson plans, materials, assessments, progress reports, and academic guidance.
