What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead counseling programs, improve student outcomes, design co‑curricular systems, and mentor leaders in a collaborative education environment.

I am a dedicated school counselor and career advisor with over two decades of experience in student development, counseling services, and co‑curricular program management. I have served as a full‑time counselor, career advisor at MARA events, and a panelist for multiple national education and leadership initiatives.

My work includes developing counseling manuals, implementing co‑curricular attendance systems, ISO/SPMA auditing, cooperative management, and leading voluntary community programs that improved school cooperative performance and student outcomes. I have also contributed as a panelist for personality assessments and leadership guideline refinement.
