I am a UX/Product Designer with a graphic design background and over five years building clear, simple products. I focus on end-to-end delivery: research, IA, wireframes, prototypes, testing, and final delivery.

I have led research, interviews, and usability tests across industries including insurance, healthcare, banking, and payments, turning findings into improved flows and UI. I introduced clearer discovery and process approaches to align on problems, map flows, and validate before UI.

My hands-on work includes designing end-to-end accounting and onboarding experiences, co-creating unified HR platforms, and simplifying complex internal tools to improve usability and delivery speed. I run workshops, map customer journeys, and present trade-offs and decisions to stakeholders.

I prioritize accessibility, consistency, and measurable impact, and I work closely with Product and Engineering in Agile environments to balance scope with technical constraints and delivery timelines.
