What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an accounts receivable role where I can handle invoice/receipt entry, reconcile payments in QuickBooks, and support customers by phone—while working in a team that values accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement.

I support financial operations through accurate data entry and payment processing, including “Entering data including EORS,” invoices, receipts, and reconciliations. I handled Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties while working directly with clients and customers.

In QuickBooks, I managed checks and credit cards/reconciling, including “Entered Invoices,” “Receipts Batching,” and related account work. I also used Outlook and Microsoft Word for communication and front-desk coordination.
