AI Automation Specialist at Upwork building AI workflows and voice agents for US businesses.
PakistanWhat I'm looking for
At Upwork, I build AI-powered workflows for US dental, medical, real estate, and legal businesses, automating booking, lead follow-up, and CRM updates with Zapier, Make, and n8n.
I connect OpenAI and Claude to business tools through APIs and webhooks, and build and maintain voice agents on Retell AI and Vapi that handle 25+ concurrent calls. I map client processes, test workflows, and optimize them using logs and feedback.
At Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), I built an offline Python RAG pipeline with Ollama to answer staff questions using PPIS report PDFs while keeping sensitive data in-house. I also developed an internal Microsoft SharePoint web page and contributed to new features with the team.
