What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining government relations, IR, and policy research where I can lead disclosure, shape regulatory strategy, drive stakeholder communication, and grow into senior leadership.

I am a bilingual professional combining government relations, investor relations, and policy research with global experience in Hungary and Singapore. I bring proven capabilities in drafting regulatory documents, leading disclosure processes, and steering cross-functional initiatives.

At the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources I led policy revisions, budget projects, and produced deliverables recognized as municipal best practices. I have managed full-process fiscal projects and formulated multi-year development plans.

In investor relations I mastered NEEQ disclosure rules, maintained 100% regulatory compliance for reports and announcements, and developed investor materials and governance documentation. I coordinate shareholder and board meetings and work closely with legal and finance teams to mitigate risk.
