I’m looking to ship AI-native platforms end to end—privacy-first agentic systems with durable workflows (Temporal/LangGraph), measurable evaluation, and real-time performance/cost discipline.

I’m an AI-Native Platform Engineer focused on shipping agentic systems that work reliably in production. I build end-to-end AI-native platforms with durable workflows, privacy gates, and real-time sync over legacy on-premise systems.

Most recently at Mercor (frontier AI labs), I evaluate frontier LLMs and agentic coding systems at the highest-difficulty tier, across multiple confidential projects. I’ve delivered 260+ evidence-based evaluations with “zero quality flags,” repeatedly selected for new projects and awarded performance bonuses that feed RLHF training cycles.

In my flagship DECA Pilot, I built an “HIPAA-grade control plane over OpenDental” solo—combining CDC edge sync, exactly-once durable outbox behavior, multi-tenant APIs with row-level security, and PHI protection. I also develop privacy-first agentic routing (Beacon), real-time captioning (Streamcap), and ranking engines (TaskRank), balancing latency, cost, and measurable evaluation.
