What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to construction projects through cost control, planning coordination, BIM, and technical-office work while growing my project delivery expertise.

I'm currently controlling project expenditures, forecasts, and management dashboards at Hassan Allam Construction on the North Coast. I coordinate PRs, POs, and subcontractor invoices through SAP while aligning cost and schedule data with planning teams.

Previously, I prepared reinforced-concrete shop drawings, BIM models, quantity take-offs, and BOQs at Eid for Engineering and General Contracting. I bring a Construction and Building Engineering degree, practical Revit and Navisworks coordination experience, and a strong foundation in cost-effective project delivery.
