At Twintec Egypt, I prepare shop drawings, quantity takeoffs, and material calculations for industrial flooring projects. I also prepare commercial quotations, cost analyses, and variation calculations based on project quantities and requirements.

I review interim payment applications and verify executed quantities, while preparing material orders and coordinating quantities with site and technical office teams. I review drawings and specifications against TR34 industrial flooring requirements.

For my A+ graduation project, Urban Business Lane (UBL), I developed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Work Breakdown Structures. I also worked on resource and cost loading, schedule optimization, cost estimates, cash flow analysis, and Earned Value Management reports.

I applied BIM 4D/5D workflows using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, and developed a project risk register using Primavera Risk Analysis. My earlier internships included assisting with construction progress monitoring and engineering-discipline coordination at TalaatMoustafaGroup(TMG), and observing structural works and daily site progress monitoring at MIDAR–MostakbalCity.
