What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-first, high-velocity environment where I can own end-to-end forecasting and replenishment, partner cross-functionally, and scale AI-assisted planning automation to improve availability and reduce waste.

I’m a Supply & Demand Planning leader driving forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategy for fresh and perishable categories in a high-velocity q-commerce environment. Currently, I lead a team of 3 planners managing forecasting and replenishment operations across 50+ fulfillment points, balancing product availability, waste reduction, and working capital optimization for short shelf-life items.

I build and deploy planning automation and AI-assisted tools to scale decision-making across large SKU-location matrices. I co-developed Google Apps Script tools embedded in forecasting sheets that generate daily FP-level replenishment factor suggestions, replacing a manual review process with reactive breach detection and proactive over-import alerts—while I continue to strengthen forecast accuracy through KPI performance reviews and root-cause analysis. I’ve also owned end-to-end planning across 40+ fulfillment points as a Senior Supply & Demand Planner, and earlier contributed to operational improvements through SOP development and warehouse/process audits, plus industrial process optimization rooted in 5S and safety practices.
