I’m a Senior Production Planner with hands-on experience in production scheduling and Material Requirements Planning (MRP), focused on keeping supply continuous and service levels strong. I create optimized cross-site manufacturing supply plans, maintain target stock levels across SKUs, and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
At Capgemini, I ensured accurate material and FGI requirement execution in SAP by running MRP with Planned Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders. I also collaborated with suppliers and sourcing units to communicate forecasts, manage purchase order call-offs, and support OTIF—while identifying recurring bottlenecks and planning de-bottlenecking actions for supply continuity.
Earlier, I developed the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and built the Long-Term Capacity Plan (LTCP) to optimize line utilization and support inventory and service targets. I managed phase-in/phase-out of innovation Finished Goods to reduce write-off risks and business waste, and I strengthened my analytical toolkit through projects improving overall equipment effectiveness and preventive maintenance planning.
