My graduation project was a low-cost biomechanics lab for gait analysis. I designed a motion capture system using frontal and sagittal video, with pipelines for joint angle estimation and gait phase detection.
I also applied inverse dynamics methods to estimate joint kinetics, aiming to offer a cost-effective alternative to traditional gait laboratories for clinical and educational use.
For an AI-based retinal image analyzer project, I explored machine learning for medical image classification and pattern recognition. I investigated early-stage disease detection techniques and implemented image preprocessing and feature extraction pipelines.
I designed and built a prototype prosthetic hand controlled by EMG signals, programming ATMega microcontrollers for signal acquisition and actuator control. I’m seeking to advance in research-oriented environments at the intersection of artificial intelligence and medicine.
