During Red Sea supply chain disruptions, I renegotiated freight contracts with Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd, cutting logistics surcharges by up to 61% and extending price validity for 6–12 months. I also led claims recovery, reducing a $90K logistics claim by 70% and recovering the full value of an $8K damaged shipment.

Previously, I procured international logistics for up to 300 containers per month at Egypt Global Silicates, where freight tendering and supplier negotiations achieved up to 35% cost reduction. At 4D Logistics, I established the Import Department’s end-to-end operations and helped grow key accounts by up to 65%.
