What I'm looking for

I’m looking to partner with founders and senior leaders in high-pressure environments, helping teams unlock performance through clearer decision-making, conflict resolution, and practical execution improvements—ideally in remote roles.

I help founders and senior leaders strengthen performance by diagnosing the hidden personal and interpersonal blockers that derail execution, sales momentum, and leadership effectiveness.

In my independent practice (Jan 2023–present), I translate complex human behavior into clear, actionable improvements—restoring trust and alignment through facilitated high-stakes conversations, and accelerating results by enabling clearer, faster, more aligned decision-making.

I also specialize in organizational performance, team dynamics, and business conflict resolution: resolving internal team conflicts driven by competition and misaligned incentives (including redesigning bonus structures), improving collaboration, and unlocking employee retention through high-touch client and employee-experience practices.
