I’m a result-oriented Data and MIS Analyst focused on business intelligence, data visualization, and SALES operations. I use SAP CRM, Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel to build automated workflows, cross-functional dashboards, and data-driven reports that help teams make better decisions.

In my apprenticeship as a Data Analyst & MIS Analyst at Innovaccer, I supported end-to-end employee master data migration from Zoho People to SAP SuccessFactors—handling extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and UAT to ensure accurate implementation. I also performed SQL-based data validation and ad-hoc analysis, and designed Power BI dashboards to improve real-time KPI visibility across 5+ HR functions.

I’m especially strong at turning messy data into trustworthy reporting through data modeling, ETL-style workflows, and stakeholder-ready insights. I’ve automated repetitive MIS reporting using Excel macros/scripts (reducing manual turnaround time by ~30%), and I bring SAP CRM and Master Data Management know-how (including MDM concepts exposure via Profisee and migration activities) to improve data quality and governance—while leveraging ChatGPT and ClaudeAI to speed up routine analysis.
