I’m a results-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst focused on MIS reporting, Power BI dashboard development, and business performance analysis. I turn raw data into actionable insights that directly support sales and operational decision-making.

In my current MIS Analyst role, I designed and automated daily MIS reporting pipelines using Excel (Power Query + VBA), consolidating data from 3+ source systems and cutting manual effort by 1 hour/day. I also developed end-to-end Power BI dashboards with custom DAX measures for seller performance, buyer funnel KPIs, and category-level sales trends.

I’m especially careful about data quality—performing data validation and cleaning on extracted datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. I use KPI tracking and reporting automation to help teams move from weekly reviews toward near real-time decision-making.

I enjoy collaborating with Sales and operations stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into intuitive dashboards, reducing one-off data requests and enabling faster, self-serve insights. I bring strong analytical foundations in Advanced Excel, Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and SQL.
