I’m a results-driven Data Analyst who works end-to-end across the data lifecycle—collection, wrangling, analysis, and reporting. I take raw, unstructured inputs and translate them into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

In my current role as a MIS Executive, I scrape and consolidate college data from 200+ university websites using Python-based web scraping and structured extraction. I write SQL queries to extract, join, and cross-verify records against sources, ensuring data integrity before publishing.

I also build automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy—using Python (Pandas) scripts for deduplication and repetitive cleaning, and standardizing 50,000+ records in Google Sheets with validation logic to minimize entry errors. For operational visibility, I develop Excel tracking sheets with conditional logic to flag missing or inconsistent fields, accelerating reporting with AI tools.

My project work reflects the same focus on data quality and business impact: I built a fuzzy-matching solution to normalize 500+ non-uniform course names, reducing duplicate records by 60% and manual lookup time by 70%. I’ve delivered Power BI reporting from consolidated datasets (including an example tracking $1.2M in total sales) and used query tuning to lower report load time by 30%, with insights adopted by stakeholders such as marketing.
