At Zelthy, I shaped and delivered a global PSP compliance platform that replaced manual processes with real-time reporting, with roughly five times faster turnaround. It monitors more than 1,000 programs and 6,000 vendor engagements for a US enterprise client.
I built a human-in-the-loop AI layer that interrogates SOPs and drafts new ones from global precedents, with every draft reviewed and signed via DocuSign. I also reframed compliance around proactive monitoring so country teams can manage document lifecycles while the global team flags non-compliant programs.
At Zelthy, I productized a configurable PSP program template, cutting go-live from 6–8 months to 1–2 months. It scaled to more than 85 programs across eight APAC countries and drove roughly $650K in template-enabled ARR.
Earlier at Zelthy, I built and shipped a 0-to-1 HCP training module, then rebuilt it for mobile with gamified certification after the web version underperformed. It reached 98% completion and full HCP adoption across about half of India clients; at KalpataruGroup, I led an enterprise chatbot platform that cut IT service resolution time by 20%.
