At 博乐精工科技股份有限公司, I was responsible for mechanism development for indoor and outdoor patrol robots, vending robots, and delivery robots.
Earlier, I designed structures for security patrol robots and explosion-proof equipment. My work included selecting materials and components, supporting prototype testing, and preparing BOMs and production documents.

负责扫地机器人与割草机器人相关技术开发工作
负责安防巡逻机器人总体结构方案设计，材料与元器件选用，BOM制作等。参与产品样机制作，跟踪产品测试和小批量试制中出现的问题，给出解决方案，直至产品顺利投产。
负责组合开关、移动变电站防爆结构设计，选型核心元器件并合理布置结构，跟踪新研发产品样机加工与装配过程，迅速解决其中出现的问题，修改维护图纸文档，建立制作BOM及工艺文件SOP ，直至交付生产部门投产。负责客户定制产品非标结构设计，满足不同客户对于产品的需求。
