At Viber, I build and maintain automation frameworks for desktop, web, and mobile applications, validating messaging, authentication, notifications, synchronization, APIs, performance, security, and cross-platform behavior. I use Python, Selenium WebDriver, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SQL, BrowserStack, Lighthouse, and AI-assisted automation techniques to support release readiness.
Previously at PrivatBank, I tested web and mobile banking workflows including registration, authentication, account management, transfers, payments, loans, and transaction history. I've created QA documentation from scratch, investigated defects in Jira, validated databases and REST APIs, and worked closely with product, engineering, UX/UI, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
