At Elios Gym, I assist customers with inquiries, registrations, memberships, and daily requests, aiming to provide personalized attention and a positive customer experience.

I manage customer information and administrative records through the gym’s access and registration system. I also help resolve customer concerns, coordinate with staff and management, and escalate issues when needed.

I support front-desk operations and internal communication, and create social media content and promotional communications for the gym. I’m interested in developing a career in remote customer support.
