At BASF Coatings, I lead raw-material inventory planning and demand forecasting to keep manufacturing supplied. I’ve reduced inventory holding by 10%, improved material uptime by 8%, and increased OTIF by 6%.

I drive lead-time reduction, strategic sourcing, alternative supplier development, contract renegotiation, warehouse capacity planning, and crisis response across materials, suppliers, and logistics. I’m also piloting BI and digitalization tools to modernize supply chain operations in India.

Previously at AkzoNobel, I managed multi-site material supply planning, forecasting, logistics, vendor management, master data governance, and cross-functional improvement projects. At Asian Paints, I planned production and demand across high-SKU portfolios and supported launches including Dynamo Plus, Home Care, and DIY paints.

I bring 9+ years across BASF, AkzoNobel, Asian Paints, and SRF Limited, supported by SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Celonis, BlueYonder, and O9. I’m pursuing a BSc in Data Science and Programming at IIT Madras to extend my supply chain planning work with stronger analytics.
