My name is Yesenia Avila, and I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service and bookkeeping. I graduated from Southside High School in 2018 and have since gained valuable experience in various roles. My journey began as a Bookkeeper at Bilo, where I honed my skills in managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns addressed.

Following my time at Bilo, I worked as a Patient Advocate at Southern Eye Associates. In this role, I scheduled appointments, facilitated communication between patients and doctors, and provided translation services when necessary. This experience further developed my organizational skills and reinforced my commitment to helping others. Currently, I serve as a Manager/Baker at Mak and Cheesecakes, where I lead a team, assist customers, and ensure smooth operations. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive environment for both customers and employees.
