What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role where I can automate enterprise workloads, strengthen infrastructure reliability, resolve complex incidents, and continue growing through hands-on systems engineering work.

At L.L. Bean, I orchestrated enterprise batch processing with Control-M, managing job scheduling, dependencies, file transfers, and automated workflows that supported seamless data delivery.

I monitor 24/7 enterprise platforms across server networks, security systems, and storage, while administering patching cycles, managing change windows, and leading L2 incident triage through root cause analysis and SLA-focused resolution. I use operational data to identify failure patterns, prevent downstream impact, and improve uptime and MTTR.

Previously at ThermoFisher Scientific, I led credit and collections teams, managed key accounts, and standardized workflows through SOPs. I'm also pursuing Computer Systems Engineering and bring bilingual English and Spanish communication to cross-functional technical work.
