At Jatis Mobile (PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia), I led backend architecture and technical delivery for a microservice-based POS platform for Indonesian UMKM. I also re-platformed a WhatsApp-first commerce system toward ~30 Go/Fiber v2 services and delivered bill-payment and digital-product capabilities.
I refactored an e-commerce service from Gin to Fiber, eliminating weekly out-of-memory kills during peak weekend traffic while improving performance by 80% and reducing memory use by ~75%. Before Jatis Mobile, I built .NET Web API services at Indomaret Group (PT Indomarco Prismatama) supporting more than 3 million customers, and initiated a Sales Performance Monitoring dashboard that cut support-team response and decision-making time by 50%.
