What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level remote position in customer support, live chat, email support, or virtual assistance where I can apply my customer communication and marketing experience and keep growing my technical skills.

At Rose Kpaka Restaurant, I answered customer questions, requests, and complaints, and shared helpful information to address customers’ needs.

I also promoted the restaurant’s products, services, and offers on social media, while building positive customer relationships through respectful communication.

Through Alison’s Virtual Assistant Training, I completed training in virtual assistance, organisation, communication, and administrative support.

I’m practising support scenarios involving delayed or incorrect orders, refunds and replacements, and professional live chat and email replies. I’m building practical skills in ticket management and CRM systems.
