At Skyward IT Solutions, I build CMS Chat, an internal RAG chatbot used by 8,000+ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services employees. The product saves users approximately six hours per week through AI-powered access to information and workplace systems.
I owned a SharePoint and OneDrive MCP server from research through production, using Microsoft Graph API and OAuth 2.0 to let users access their files directly in chat. I also integrated Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow through FastMCP servers and shipped document-generation and live web-search tools.
I established an LLM quality and performance evaluation framework with 1,200+ test cases and centralized results to compare feature changes and catch regressions before release. I wrote 600+ pytest unit and integration tests, maintained 85%+ coverage across core features and APIs, reviewed pull requests for a 12-engineer team, and resolved backend and frontend bugs supporting weekly releases.
Previously, I taught Python, JavaScript, and HTML software development to MBA students at UVA Darden and researched hurricane impacts on New York-area bridges at NYU GSTEM. I also build games in Godot, Unity, and C#, combining gameplay systems, UI, animation, and team project coordination.
