At ZW LLC, I build and deploy ML applications that let users turn CSV datasets into evaluated models and callable prediction endpoints. I improved RAG retrieval Hit@10 from about 20% to 68% across 400+ technical documents and built an internal LLM-agent prototype for preprocessing, training, optimization, and retrieval-informed guidance.
I’ve also reduced prediction waits from roughly two minutes to near-immediate response by moving services to persistent EKS infrastructure. Previously, at Microsoft, I reduced Cloud PC installation failures by 96% and setup time by 41%.
