I founded Juku Producciones, where I lead financing strategy and deliver music, audiovisual, and community cultural projects. I also directed Los Chapillacs’ Ibermúsicas 2025 circulation project in Bogotá, combining concerts, conversations, and cultural-pedagogical activities.
Since 2014, I have represented Punto de Cultura at Asociación Cultural Tambo de Bronce and Wecco Comunidad, building partnerships and producing festivals, heritage initiatives, and international exchanges in Arequipa and southern Peru. I produced Out of Control Army’s 2023 visit to Wecco Comunidad through Ibermúsicas.
I have researched and documented Peruvian cumbia with National Geographic Latinoamérica and the Centro Cultural de España’s Güepajé project, connecting fieldwork, archives, local musician communities, and sonic memory. As a bassist, arranger, and member of Los Chapillacs and Conjunto Queñual, I have participated in recordings and international tours across Latin America and Europe.
I also coordinated a hybrid, transmedia arts festival recognized by Peru’s Estímulos Económicos para la Cultura, produced the Ibercocinas-recognized Olla Común de Utupara heritage project, and managed the award-winning play Cuando el mundo se rompió. My work brings together cultural policy, public funding, artistic production, and community impact.
