At VERMEG, I owned discovery, backlog definition, and feature prioritization for digital insurance platforms serving brokers, agents, and administrators. Enhancements to a broker-facing platform were associated with a 30% reduction in policy processing time and a 20% improvement in user satisfaction.
For MAIF Vie and AIG France, I worked on broker-facing life-insurance and policy lifecycle platforms. I introduced Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and acceptance-criteria templates, and facilitated Scrum and SAFe delivery, including PI Planning.
I’m now shaping IterAI, a live AI-enabled job-search platform, from concept to delivery. I defined its MVP and user journeys, partnered with two software engineers on delivery, and incorporated early-user feedback into product iterations.
