I hold a Master’s degree in International Finance and Trade, with a strong theoretical understanding of global logistical and financial flows. I’m passionate about continuous learning and building practical skills “on the ground” across global operations.

In my Port Authority of Oran internship, I monitored and processed core documentation for maritime import and export operations and coordinated with stakeholders across customs, freight forwarders, and shipping agents. I also observed customs clearance workflows and regulatory compliance standards, strengthening my operations-and-finance perspective. More recently, as a Social Media Manager for an organic product boutique, I created and scheduled content, engaged daily with the online community, and adjusted communication strategies based on campaign performance indicators.

Through my hotel receptionist experience, I developed strong interpersonal communication, handled check-ins and check-outs, resolved on-site issues, and delivered service-oriented support for national and international guests. I’m now looking for a dynamic role where I can be involved in multiple aspects of global operations, then leverage that cross-functional experience to move into international client service and relationship management.
