Yasiru Lakruwan Yapa

I am an Associate Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in machine learning and software development. Currently, I am pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Information and Communication Engineering, where I have developed a keen interest in building innovative tools and models that can simplify lives and drive meaningful change.

In my role at Ceylon Dazzling Dev Holding, I have designed and developed machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into production systems. My internship at SilverlineIT allowed me to build ML/DL models and create APIs for the cybersecurity domain, further enhancing my technical skills and experience in deploying models.

My projects, including a vegetable quality detection app and various deep learning models for anomaly detection, showcase my commitment to continuous learning and growth in this ever-evolving field. I am eager to gain more experience from seasoned professionals and contribute to impactful projects.
