In my current role at Ascent Business Solutions, I process US Healthcare Office Visit (OV) claims under ONS workflow and create and submit claims using ModMed. I maintain quality by following payer guidelines and client-specific SOPs, and I ensure timely claim submission as per TAT.

I also support key checks such as No Show and Appointment vs Missing before submission. I have an understanding of the complete RCM cycle and I’m flexible to work across billing, AR, and payment posting.
