At R1 RCM, I process and review medical claims, verify patient eligibility and insurance, and follow up with payors to resolve outstanding claims, denials, rejections, and payment issues. I support the revenue cycle from claim submission through resolution using Epic and Citrix iCentra.
I manage approximately 45 claims daily while maintaining a 50%+ calling ratio, accurate documentation, and payer-specific compliance. My customer service experience at Concentrix strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and high-volume case-handling skills.
