I am an experienced Medical Billing Specialist with over a decade working direct client end-to-end processes in revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, and denial management.
I have held roles including Medical Billing Specialist and Senior AR Executive / Process Coach where I managed posting charges, claim creation, payment posting, appeals, and quality audits across multiple specialties.
I am proficient with a broad set of EMR/EHR and billing platforms such as NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, Availity, and Trizetto, and I’ve set up patient payment systems (CareCredit, Alphaeon) and handled EFTs and credit-card processors.
