I've improved QA processes and release workflows at eClinicalWorks India, helping teams test faster and reduce release timelines. I serve as a key release contact, manage Jira backlogs, assign testing work, and collaborate closely with developers.

I introduced Playwright workflows to support automation testing and implemented prompt-assisted test design methods that helped expand test coverage faster. I review test cases for functional coverage, application flow, and clear Gherkin formats.

Across manual testing, API testing, UI/UX testing, regression, and end-to-end testing, I've created test plans and identified gaps early from business requirements. I also track defects through resolution and help teams maintain smooth releases.

Previously, I led QA activities at AppitSimple Infotek for Software Suggest, maintained testing standards, and partnered with SEO teams on quality checks supporting site stability and traffic growth.
