At Tech Mahindra, I deliver Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical consulting for Fanatics. I’ve designed, built, and maintained HCM Extracts and HDL data loads for inbound and outbound integrations.
I’ve developed BI Publisher and OTBI reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, payroll, and workforce demographics. I’ve also created scheduled BI Publisher reports for payroll compliance, employee demographics, and HR audits.
For Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Database, I write SQL and PL/SQL queries for data extraction and transformation, and configure Fast Formulas for business rules and payroll or absence calculations. I also investigate data quality and integration issues across recurring feeds.
Outside my consulting work, I built an open-source invoicing application using the MERN stack and an NLP pipeline for summarization, keyword extraction, and named entity recognition.
