At JSW Steel, I built the data layer behind supply chain and manufacturing analytics, integrating SAP MM, production, inventory, and dispatch data into a validated reporting source.
I owned recurring ETL processes in SQL and Python, including cleaning, deduplication, reconciliation, scheduled refreshes, and error checks. My reporting datasets and Power BI dashboards supported OTIF, inventory ageing, customer segmentation, and demand trends; a daily priority-clearance model improved OTIF for key automotive accounts from 73% to 87%.
I’ve also developed Python-based machine learning work for mechanical-property prediction at IIT Bombay, and I’m extending my data engineering capabilities into Azure.
