What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into an SRE role where I can improve production reliability, reduce operational toil, strengthen observability, and apply cloud, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD experience.

At Amdocs, I provision and operate AWS, GCP, and Azure infrastructure while building Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and Bash automation that compressed patch cycles from days to hours. I also built 50+ CI/CD pipelines supporting 100+ microservices and deployed containerized workloads across 10 Kubernetes clusters.

I’m transitioning from Cloud Engineering and DevOps into Site Reliability Engineering, bringing hands-on experience in centralized observability across 3,000+ servers using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and CloudWatch. Previously at NSDL, I hardened and patched RHEL servers, supported HA/DR and backup validation, and automated routine infrastructure administration in a regulated financial-services environment.
