What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive requirements and defect resolution in Agile teams, support UAT and release validation, and use SQL reporting and dashboards to improve decisions and operational performance.

I’m a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience supporting software delivery, business operations, and process improvement initiatives in Agile environments. I translate business needs into actionable requirements, acceptance criteria, and user story documentation to keep teams aligned from discovery through release.

I manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including reproduction steps, evidence capture, and coordination with development to drive timely resolution. I also partner with QA to define test scenarios and support UAT, regression testing, and release validation—always focused on clear outcomes and measurable delivery performance.

On the analytics side, I use SQL-based data validation and operational reporting to investigate system issues, verify backend data accuracy, and surface trends through dashboards and KPI tracking. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics to further strengthen business strategy, analytics, and decision-making for the teams I support.
