What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I lead remote AI/ML and software delivery, manage scope and risks, and work closely with engineers and clients—especially in teams that value structure, clarity, and fast but thoughtful execution.

I’m a Junior Project Manager with a Computer Science degree and experience delivering AI/ML, computer vision, and biotech work at a development consultancy. I coordinate cross-functional engineering teams while keeping strong client-facing alignment—running kickoffs, 1:1s, status reporting, demos, and smooth handovers.

In my current role, I manage multiple concurrent client engagements and internal initiatives, reporting to the CEO and coordinating 12+ engineers and specialists across AI/ML, DevOps, and web development. I contribute beyond coordination by joining technical solution brainstorms and quickly grasping domain-heavy problem spaces, while using clear communication norms and consistent tracking to bring structure to fast-moving remote teams.
