What I'm looking for

Looking for a remote technical role in a B2B SaaS, API or fintech product: L2/L3 support, integrations, implementation or QA with AI tools. I like working with APIs, logs and SQL, finding root causes and explaining them clearly to clients and developers. Based in Kharkiv, Ukraine (GMT+2), open to B2B contracts. English C1.

At ReactorBits, I was the main L2 responder for TireConnect, a SaaS platform used by 7,000+ dealers. I investigated support cases by reading CloudWatch logs, checking account data with SQL, and reviewing API requests in Postman.

I found a supplier search issue that logs traced to incorrectly formatted tire sizes, even though it wasn’t visible on the frontend. I also created Jira tickets from support requests, documented support processes in Confluence, and trained the team. At QAMadness, I tested BuyerQuest and the official Wimbledon Metaverse experience.
