MSc bioinformatics student skilled in data-driven genomics, machine learning, and scalable pipeline development.
What I'm looking for
I am an MSc Applied Bioinformatics student with hands-on experience building scalable data management systems, automated pipelines, and machine learning models for biological and clinical data. My work spans GWAS data harmonization, RNA-seq differential expression, and CNN-based image classification using Python and common bioinformatics tools.
I have professional laboratory experience in public health and food safety, leading projects such as Pathogenic Salmonella Reduction in Poultry and contributing to national One Health initiatives. I combine technical proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Bash, and HPC with practical lab skills from clinical and government laboratory roles.
I pursue roles where I can apply reproducible pipelines, cloud/HPC workflows, and ML techniques to advance genomics and translational research, while collaborating across disciplines to deliver actionable results.
