At Messrs. LAW Partnership, I established and led the stamp duty advisory team, advising multinational clients on assessments, appeals and disclosure submissions. I also advised on factory and land acquisitions valued up to RM130 million and RM400 million, guiding transactions from negotiation through completion.
My commercial work has included negotiating digital marketing and partnership agreements as seconded legal counsel to a leading HK online travel agency, and advising on cross-border contracts, regulatory compliance and market entry. I’m an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and an accredited civil/commercial mediator.
