I independently planned and delivered two live concerts in Kraków, taking each from idea through wrap-up. I handled the venue, schedule, budget, logistics, promotion and on-site coordination, then prepared a financial summary and profitability analysis.

For my own event projects, I negotiated supplier rates and scope and coordinated artists, partners and subcontractors. I tracked costs in spreadsheets and kept communication timely.

At Resoraki, I handle the full order fulfilment process, maintaining accurate, timely records in WMS and Excel. I also answer customer enquiries about orders.

In hospitality venues in Kraków, I serve guests face to face, including international customers in English during high-attendance events. I’m looking for a junior operations, coordination or customer-support role, remote or hybrid.
